GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — A Grand Haven man has been arrested on fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct after police say he sexually touched a woman on the boardwalk in March.

Patrick Alber was arraigned Tuesday on the charge, stemming from an incident that happened on March 7th.

The Grand Haven Public Safety says that fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct is a “high” misdemeanor, punishable by a sentence of two years in prison.

According to police, Albers pleaded not guilty and was released on a $250 bond.

A woman called police on March 7 reporting she had been approached and groped by a man while walking on the boardwalk.  Other women came forward saying they had been approached by a similar-looking man.
