Here are five we think you would like to know on this Friday, Oct. 21:

1.) Bring your friends to a Zumba Fundraiser to benefit Kent County Mental Health Foundation's "Live, Laugh, Love Program" which helps prevent teen suicide. It will be Saturday, Oct. 22 from 2p.m. to 4p.m. at Mary Free Bed YMCA on Burton St.

2.) The first 200 people to turn in their Mercury wall thermostats to one of four Kent County collection sites, will get a $5 Jimmy Johns gift card starting on Monday, Oct. 24.  To learn more about the collection locations click here.

3.) Grand Rapids Comic Con will be going on all weekend at DeVos Place.  Cost is between $20 and $25.

4.) The Chicago Cubs are seeing something they haven't in 70 years. They are now just one win away from making it to the World Series. Game 6 will be Saturday night at Wrigley Field.

5.) Two new Red Panda cubs, named Waveland and Sheffield, which are the cross streets at Wrigley, came out to meet Lincoln Park Zoo visitors Thursday. They were born back in June but have spent the last few months behind the scenes.
