KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety is investigating after a 36-year-old Kalamazoo man ran a red light and hit another vehicle, injuring two people Saturday.
It happened in the area of West Vine and South Rose Street.
The victims, who suffered non-life threatening injuries, tell police the driver of that car took off on foot after striking their car on the driver’s side.
Police say they were able to track down some of the suspect’s clothes and suspected drugs, but did not locate the suspect.
We’re told the suspect is already wanted on two outstanding warrants.
