WYOMING, Mich. — A Wyoming man who set a fireworks store ablaze has been sentenced to six to 20 years in prison.

Casey Marvin pleaded no contest last month to charges of arson, automobile theft, home invasion and fleeing police. Other charges were dropped in a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Marvin was arrested July 5 following a blaze that gutted GS Fireworks in Wyoming.

A witness told police he saw Marvin leave the fireworks store and send a lit firework inside. Authorities say he also stole an SUV, then broke into a home, showered and stole another car. He was caught driving the wrong way down a street. Marvin was 34 at the time.

Marvin apologized in court, saying he let a lot of people down.
