Back in October, we introduced you to four challengers for the Fox 17 Morning Mix "I Will Get Fit" Challenge. Now we're checking in on their progress to see how the first few weeks of training have gone so far!
Mike Thompson continues to train with trainer Kyle Callahan at Knapp's Corner Fit Body Boot Camp. Before starting the "Get Fit" challenge, Mike had previously been working out at Fit Body Boot Camp for about six weeks, and loved it so much he decided to continue for another 12.
Leigh Ann headed over to Knapp's Corner to check on Mike, and worked out with him during his training session.
Don't be intimidated just because "boot camp" is in the gym name. Classes at Fit Body Boot Camp are only 30 minutes long, so it's easy to fit in a class even with a busy schedule.
Workouts are also high intensity, so they're designed to burn body fat and build muscle.
Trainers at Fit Body Boot Camp encourage first timers to try their three day free trial. The workout may look intimidating at first, but once you finish you'll want to come back!
