MORENCI, Mich. — It's been six years since three brothers from a small town in Michigan were seen.

Andrew, Alex, and Tanner Skelton disappeared after visiting with their father, John, on Thanksgiving in 2010. The boys were 9, 7, and 5-years old respectively at the time.  John Skelton later told police he handed his sons over to an unidentified organization to protect them from their mother, Tanya Zuvers. However, investigators have never verified the group's existence.

The boys' disappearance sparked a number of searches and vigils, but there have been no signs of the boys in six years. Some investigators have said they believe the brothers are dead.

In 2015, the boys' mother told a local paper she also believes her sons are dead and looks forward to seeing them in heaven.

John Skelton is currently serving time after being pleading no contest to unlawful imprisonment charges in the case.

On Friday, organizers behind one of the efforts to find the boys is hosting a viral share on Facebook. They're asking everyone to share photos of the Skelton brothers to keep a spotlight on the case.

A reward of up to $60,000 dollars is being offered for information that leads to the brothers. Anyone with information is asked to call Morenci police at 517-458-7104.
