GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -   A 120-year-old mansion in Heritage Hill will soon be the home of a men's treatment center.

The Hazeltine Mansion, located in the 200 block of John street NE, was formerly a shelter for runaway teenagers and the owners are working on developing it into a men's treatment center.

David and Rae Green already own the Sanford House on Cherry Street Southeast which is an alcohol treatment center for women. But after a more than $400,000 purchase of the mansion the Greens are expanding their operations to a new treatment center that will hold up to 20 men.

The Greens say they plan to replace the windows, add restrooms, and replace the roof.

It is not clear how long it will take until it's completed but they say the work is in progress.
