West Michigan – A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for parts of West Michigan until 4 a.m.
The watch includes, Allegan, Barry, Eaton, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Calhoun, Berrien, Cass, St. Joseph and Branch counties.
The primary threat from these storms would be large hail and damaging winds, but an isolated tornado can’t be ruled out.
The storms should slowly diminish and move east after around 2 a.m.
