West Michigan – A slow moving cold front brought thunderstorms and significant rains Monday.
The storms produced 1-2 inches of additional rain for parts of Allegan, Ottawa and Kent counties with lesser amounts south.
Many rivers in West Michigan remain at “flood advisory” or “flood warning” levels. Additional significant rainfall is possible for the weekend.
