GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Police in Grand Rapids say they have made three arrests in connection to a deadly double shooting in Grand Rapids Friday.

They said official charges will be determined by the Kent County Prosecutor's Office following a review of the case early next week.

Just before 4:30 p.m. Friday, a suspect opened fire on two men outside of a busy salon on Grandville SW.

A 23-year-old man was killed and another was injured.

Later on Friday, Wyoming and Grand Rapids police officers surrounded a home searching for the suspect but no one was found.

The three people arrested have not been identified or charged in the case.

The incident remains under investigation by the Grand Rapids Police Department.
