The Culinary Institute of Michigan takes full advantage of local farmers markets and fresh produce. Whenever fresh fruit is available, they incorporate it in all of their dishes, including their desserts and pastries.
Leigh Ann visited the CIM and learned how easy it is to make a couple of desserts with fresh rhubarb, and a few other ingredients.
