Auditions being held for “DanceOff” competition; all ages welcome

West Michigan's best dancers will be going head-to-head in the fourth annual DanceOff competition to raise money for charity in December. Before that can happen though, the event will be holding auditions for local talent to earn a chance to be part of the competition.

Dancers of all ages and styles can audition in-person at the Pyramid Scheme on November 16 from 7-9 p.m. Or dancers can submit a video of their best moves at thedanceoff.co.

Once the selection process is over, the top 20 groups or individual dancers will compete in the DanceOff competition on December 9. The top dancer with a grand prize of $500, with second and third place getting $300 and $100 respectively.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go to the non-profit, Well House, which provides safe, affordable housing to the homeless.
