    PENTWATER TOWNSHIP, Mich. — A female moped rider is dead after police say she lost control of her vehicle and crashed. It happened on Longbridge Road near Orange Street in Pentwater Township of Oceana County.  According to Michigan State Police, the victim, identified as Cindy Lou Earle, lost control of her moped on a curve and crashed.     KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Police are trying to locate the person responsible for shooting a 17-year-old female early Wednesday morning.
