    FAWN RIVER TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Michigan State Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened in St. Joseph County on Thursday afternoon. The crash occurred at approximately 3:30 p.m. on US-12 near Sweet Lake Road in Fawn River Township near Sturgis. A 1998 Chevrolet pickup truck was turning into a driveway, when a 2012 Kawasaki motorcycle struck it from behind.     GREENVILLE, Mich. — Approximately 10 residents are without homes after their apartment units were destroyed in a fire early Wednesday morning. Fortunately, there were no injuries. It happened overnight at the Pine Manor Apartments in Greenville.  There was extensive damage at the scene, and at least four apartment units are considered to be total losses.     DALLAS TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — More than a dozen cows that escaped overnight from their pens have been struck by vehicles after wandering into a rural road in Clinton County’s Dallas Township. The Lansing State Journal reports that 14 cows were hit by three vehicles about 5:30 a.m. Tuesday. Clinton County sheriff’s Sgt.
