    Woman killed in Oshtemo Township traffic crash

    KALAMAZOO COUNTY, Mich. — Police in Kalamazoo County are investigating a traffic accident that left one woman dead. The crash happened Tuesday night at the intersection of VanKal and Almena Dr. in Oshtemo Township.  According to police, a northbound vehicle failed to stop at the intersection, and was then struck by a westbound vehicle.  A passenger in the at-fault vehicle, identified as 37-year-old Cathy Sims, was killed in the crash.     GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Gunshots rang through a Grand Rapids neighborhood for the second time this week, when a home was struck multiple times early Wednesday morning.
