    CONSTANTINE TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal Fourth of July motorcycle crash, that they say likely involved alcohol and high speeds, in addition to the rider not wearing a helmet.     GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Police in Grand Rapids are attempting to locate a woman who they say stabbed her boyfriend multiple times in the upper body late Sunday night.     BETHESDA, Md. — The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced two new recalls this week, both impacting several varieties of golf carts for differing reasons. Below is the information on both recalls.
