    KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A man who claims to be the victim of an attempted robbery, told police that teenage suspects pistol-whipped him before he was able to stab one of the teenagers.     GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The new Vernon J. Ehlers Amtrak Station is opening to the public on Monday morning, and officials are hosting a special grand opening ceremony in honor of the launch.
