    OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Police in Kalamazoo County are searching for a hit-and-run driver who struck a teenage skateboarder and drove away from the scene Wednesday evening. It happened at approximately 6:30 p.m. at the Colonial Trails Mobile Home Park in Oshtemo Township. Rick Snyder is proposing a shift so much more state money is spent on academically at-risk students and less goes toward educating private and home-schooled students or those attending online charter schools.
