Bio

Ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to be on TV– I just didn’t know what I’d be doing in front of the camera. Between my gift of gab and love of always being “in the know”, I think I found the perfect gig telling stories and keeping West Michigan viewers informed as an anchor/reporter at FOX 17.

What I love about journalism is you never know what to expect and what the day will bring. From covering major breaking news like the Enbridge oil spill and Rodrick Dantzler’s deadly rampage, to covering the campaign trail and even the 2008 inauguration, I’ve been lucky enough to chalk up some pretty cool experiences.

One of the best parts of my job, is finding and bringing you “good news”, the stories of people in our West Michigan that are paying it forward and asking for nothing in return. Their stories inspire me and I love being able to share them with viewers every week.

After working in Indiana, I’m happy to be here in West Michigan and still close to my family in Chicago. I can’t get enough of “Pure Michigan”, no matter what season it is (Even though I have to admit that I’m not the biggest fan of winter). When I’m not at FOX 17, you might catch me taking in the sights downtown or at the lakeshore, working out, or trying out the next new restaurant in town.
