I co-anchor FOX 17 Morning News with Sarah Brodhead. I’ve been a part of the West Michigan community for the past 7 years. I started my career as a sports guy in Ohio covering everything from professional athletes to little leaguers. Eleven years ago, I made the transition to news. The time I’ve spent in news and sports is what makes FOX 17 Morning News a perfect fit for me. I cover a lot of topics on show and like to do it with energy, integrity, excitement and fun. It’s what our viewers in West Michigan have come to expect and so do I.

I’m known around the newsroom for… being a prankster.

What keeps me going… is my beautiful wife and two kids. They are the reason I get up every morning at 1:30.

I give back to my community by…being actively involved with several organizations including The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Project SEARCH, March of Dimes, The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Kalamazoo and help coach my son’s rocket football team.

TV Moment I’d like to forget…making David Letterman’s Top Ten list for sneezes; although I did beat out a monkey.

If I had free time, I would…spend more time coaching the sports that I love like Lacrosse.
