Grand Rapids Griffins hockey players, coaches and staff are serving up food and drinks Tuesday, all to benefit the Griffins Youth Foundation. This event raised nearly $60,000 previously.
It takes place at all four Uccello’s locations (Caledonia, Grand Rapids, Grandville and Standale), from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
You’re asked to donate a tip to the Griffins players, to support their fundraising efforts, when they bring you your food and drink. There’s also the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a variety of items, and bid on each players specially-designed apron.
The plan so far is to split up the team between the restaurants in this fashion:
