Grand Rapids Griffins hockey players, coaches and staff are serving up food and drinks Tuesday, all to benefit the Griffins Youth Foundation. This event raised nearly $60,000 previously.

It takes place at all four Uccello’s locations (Caledonia, Grand Rapids, Grandville and Standale), from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.

You’re asked to donate a tip to the Griffins players, to support their fundraising efforts, when they bring you your food and drink. There’s also the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a variety of items, and bid on each players specially-designed apron.

The plan so far is to split up the team between the restaurants in this fashion:

– Caledonia location (8256 Broadmoor Southeast)

  • Louis-Marc Aubry
  • John Bernal – Athletic Trainer
  • Gleason Fournier
  • Triston Grant
  • Tom McCollum
  • Jim Paek – Assistant Coach
  • Francis Pare

– Grand Rapids location (2630 East Beltline Avenue Southeast)

  • Adam Almquist
  • Joakim Andersson
  • Jeff Blashill – Head Coach
  • Landon Ferraro
  • Brian Lashoff
  • Trevor Parkes
  • Riley Sheahan

– Grandville location (3940 Rivertown Parkway Southwest)

  • Mitch Callahan
  • Jeff Hoggan
  • Max Nicastro
  • Gustav Nyquist
  • Brent Raedeke
  • Brendan Smith
  • Andrew Stegehuis – Assistant Equipment Manager

– Standale location (4787 Lake Michigan Drive)

  • Chad Billins
  • Brennan Evans
  • Tomas Jurco
  • Petr Mrazek
  • Nathan Paetsch
  • Tomas Tatar
  • Brad Thompson – Equipment Manager

This is the seventh edition of Tip-A-Griffin.
