November Weather So Far

We’re halfway through November, and so far it has been slightly cooler than normal and dry as well.

Temperatures: The high temperature so far this month has been 71°, which happened on the 11th. The low so far has been 23° on the 14th. Overall, Grand Rapids is running 32 total degrees below normal, or an average of 2.1° per day.

Precipitation: The precipitation total in November so far has been just 0.33″, and this is 1.48″ below normal. Included in the precipitation total is 0.1″ of snow, and this amount is 2.5″ below normal.  

Forecast: Temperatures will be running above normal through Thanksgiving, though there are signs that a blast of cold air will arrive at some point during the holiday weekend. For the latest forecast day and night, visit
