FOWLERVILLE, Mich., — Plans are underway for the “Fowlerville Christmas in the Ville” parade which is scheduled for Dec. 1.
The parade will feature over 30 hot air balloonists who will shoot 15 foot flames into the sky. They will also have floats that will travel down the parade route.
The parade will also feature live reindeer, cookie decorating, Santa’s workshop and chili that the fire department plans to sell. Also featured are the “5K Dashing Through the Snow Run” and the “1K Fun Walk”.
In addition, 7,000 people are expected to attend the parade and welcome Santa into Downtown Fowlerville.
Parade events will begin at 8 p.m. and, weather permitting, the night will kick off with a balloon launch. The festivities will end with an “After Glow Party” at the Woodshire Banquet Hall.
