Family Escapes Mobile Home Fire in Holland Township

A family was forced out of their mobile home late Tuesday night after it caught fire.

Firefighters along with the deputies from the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department responded to a home in the Leisure Estates Mobile Home Park around 9:00 p.m.

Nobody was injured in the fire.

Officials at the scene tell FOX17 a fire investigator will be checking the scene to determine a cause.

Damage estimates weren’t immediately available.

The family that lived in the home were forced to find alternative housing for the time being.

    That trailer park is very much infested with drugs, it's known all over Holland, Michigan!!! Years ago it was a very nice park. The local gangs have moved in, terrible.
