BARRY COUNTY, Mich.– On November 23, a man was riding his bicycle on the road when police stopped him and found him with marijuana.

At around 12:45 a.m Hastings police officers saw someone riding a bike in the middle of the road without lights. They stopped the bicyclist and found it to be Dustin Price, 23, of Hastings.

According to the police, Price told officers that he didn’t have anything on him that he shouldn’t when they asked him, and gave them permission to search him.

As the police started to search him, Price admitted to having a small amount of marijuana. According to the police, Price then handed over the marijuana and told the officers he was planing to make “special brownies” for a friend.

The officers arrested Price for possession of marijuana and took him to the Barry county jail where he is still being held.
