KENT COUNTY, Mich – Alcohol has been deemed a factor in a serious crash that sent people to the hospital.
The incident happened near Plainfield Avenue NE and Northland Drive NE just before 5:30 p.m. Thursday evening.
A Michigan State Police trooper on scene says that a vehicle turned in front of another car hitting it head on.
Both drivers were transported to the hospital. No word on injuries, or who’s at fault.
Police are investigating what the traffic light was signaling when the crash happened.
