Two Record Highs In One Hour

It doesn’t happen very often, but on Monday and Tuesday, new record highs were established in the span of an hour.

MONDAY, DECEMBER 3: At 11:00PM, the temperature in Grand Rapids hit 65 degrees. This broke the old record for the date of 64 set in 1998.

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 4: The Midnight temperature in Grand Rapids was 64 degrees. This broke the old record for the date of 63, set in 1941.

In other words, between 11:00 and Midnight, two record highs were established in Grand Rapids.
