Fire Crews Put Out Hot Spots at Local Polish Hall

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. –  On Saturday, fire crews continued to put out hot spots at the scene of fire that destroyed a well known polish hall.

The fire started around noon on Friday at the Lexicon Club on the city’s west side.

Many people gathered at the site, wiping away tears.

Firefighters went to the site after someone reported they saw smoke.

Fire crews tell FOX 17, it’s quite common for them to return to the site of a fire to put out hot spots.
