Man Robs Shell Station at Knifepoint

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich – The Grand Rapids Police Department is searching for a man who robbed an East Beltline Shell gas station at knifepoint.

It happened around 7 a.m. Monday at the 2600 East Beltline Avenue SE location. The suspect is described as a light-skinned black male in his late ’20s. He was last seen wearing dark shoes, pants, and coat. He has a mustache and was wearing a knit cap, but police are unsure on the color of the cap.

Police are investigating whether the suspect actually got away with anything.
