LYONS, Mich. — Alcohol is suspected to have been a factor in a dirt bike crash Monday that seriously hurt a woman.
The crash was reported around 5:24 p.m. on Wager Road east of Kramer Road in Lyons Township of Ionia County. The woman, 34, from Elsie, was a passenger on the dirt bike driven by a Pewamo man, 25.
An Aeromed helicopter took the woman suffering from serious injuries to Spectrum Butterworth Hospital in downtown Grand Rapids.
