GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Three men are in jail and charged with a number of thefts and home invasions in Plainfield Township just north of Grand Rapids.

Michael Patrick Dalman, 25, Aaron Jacob Dalman, 22, and Brian Neal Compston, 21, were arraigned Tuesday in 63rd District Court on various charges.

Deputies followed tracks in the snow from the scene of reported theft from a vehicle on Sunday in the 2900 block of 4 Mile Road NE. The tracks led to a nearby house and the three young men. After interviews, the trio was arrested.

Investigators recovered property that linked the men to a number of thefts reported to the Kent County Sheriff’s Department.
