The march of the lemings, gather up all the idiots and walk them off a cliff. There is no answer. We can not predict people. Better parenting. Prosecutors need to prosecute instead of getting an opinion and letting people off. Many of these people have had complaints but the prosecutor did not think, in their opinion, they could prosecute. Wrong is wrong and right is right. Prosecute and make people be accountable.
