USA- It seems like going viral on YouTube is the new route to Hollywood. Now, a YouTuber named Dan Dobi, is releasing a documentary on the phenomenon.

It’s called “Please Subscribe: A Documentary About Youtubers.” The film goes behind the scenes to give a firsthand look at creating videos for the Internet, as well as the people who made it big on the website.

“A lot of people think this is a place where people upload funny videos and people falling down and cat videos, but this is for a lot of people their full-time career and job.  I know for some people getting a million views isn’t a big deal who do this full-time, but that’s a lot of people looking at your content, that’s a lot of eyeballs so I think yeah it is mind-boggling but at the same time that’s the norm right now,” says director Dan Dobi.
