GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — In honor of National Weatherperson’s Day, the FOX 17 Morning News team put together the above highlight reel (using the term loosely) of meteorologist Jon Shaner.
When asked about the video, Shaner said, “It’s an honor that my coworkers would do something like this for me. Seeing six years of working on FOX 17 Morning News boiled down into a couple of minutes of sheer nonsense reminds me how much I enjoy our show, while also causing me to question my entire existence.”
Weatherperson’s Day observes the birthday of John Jeffries, known as one of the United States’ first weather observers.
