Two Arrested in Drug Bust

CASS COUNTY, Mich. – Two people were arrested during a drug bust on Thursday in Cass County.

At about 6:30 p.m., detectives with the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team searched a home at the 13000 block of Carter Lake Street in Porter Township.

Inside the home officials found methamphetamine, marijuana, illegal prescription drugs, methamphetamine lab components and firearms.

Blayne Wolf, 47, and Barbara Balentine, 52, were taken away in handcuffs.

The duo was arraigned on Friday and charged with 10 counts of narcotics. They also were arraigned on firearms related charges.

Wolf and Balentine are being held on a $60,000 bond,

    thank god their arresting the manufactures instead of just arresting all the kids that are getting hooked on the junk. In ottawa co.where i live it seems there only arresting all the kids while the manufacturers run our streetr .just look at the case in the holland sentenal in the serch box enter the name[phetmany]this dealer/manufacture ran or streets for ten years while they built a case ruining an uncoutnable amount of our youth before the big bust in 11/2012 makes me wonder what the real agenda is?
