GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.– Are you looking for a way to Pay it Forward this week?
A fundraiser is set for the mission workers who were killed while in Haiti last month.
The dinner is meatless lasagna with garlic bread and endless breadsticks sponsored by Olive Garden. It runs from 5 to 11:30 p.m this Friday, February 15, at St. Peter and Paul Activity Center and costs $8.00. The center is located at 1433 Hamilton Ave NW.
Dinner will be followed by both a silent and live auction. If you’re looking to get to the event, the Delta Plex will be offering a free shuttle from there to the center.
The four mission workers were on a medical assignment in Haiti when the vehicle they were riding in went off the side of a mountain after the brakes failed.
