Heavy Lake-Effect Snow Tonight

Posted

WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — Another round of heavy lake-effect snow is on the way to parts of West Michigan, mainly to the west of U.S. 131.

This map shows the forecast snow amounts through Saturday evening. As you can see, areas along the lakeshore from Muskegon to South Haven have a good chance of receiving at least six inches of snow. The lakeshore counties are under a lake-effect snow advisory. Areas east of U.S. 131 will receive far less snow, and in some cases not even an inch.
