COOPER TWP, Mich — A 23-year-old man was in critical condition Tuesday morning after a weather and speed-related crash in Kalamazoo County.
A little after 5:30 a.m. the Kalamazoo man was driving westbound on D Avenue when he lost control on the icy roads near the 4,000 block. His vehicle slid across the center line and a vehicle heading eastbound hit it.
A 60-year-old man was driving that second vehicle, and is not injured. The 23-year-old was transported to Bronson Hospital in critical condition.
The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office is not releasing any names at this time.
