Light Snow Showers To Continue

Posted
and last updated

The attached photo is a “snapshot” from our FOX 17 radar. Light snow showers, flakes, and flurries will continue this evening as an area of low pressure meanders in the Great Lakes before lifting north and east on Sunday. Areas along/south of I94 will only see flurries, while most other locations pick up an additional dusting to one inch by Sunday morning.

Temperatures the next few days will be in the low to mid 30s and generally quiet (weatherwise) from Sunday afternoon through most of Monday. Another stronger system pushing in to the Great Lakes from the south/west will draw up some moisture from the Gulf of Mexico and warmer air by Tuesday. Rain, freezing rain, sleet, changing to all snow later on Tuesday is likely.
