KALAMAZOO, Mich – A 26-year-old man from Richland was found dead Thursday in Kalamazoo.

That man was identified as Jayme Earle.

Kalamazoo Public Safety says he was unresponsive and slumped over in a pickup truck parked on the 200 block of Stuart Ave.

Police responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle in the area and found Earle inside.

Two parking tickets were found on the truck. The first was dated 2:40 a.m. on March 6. The second was dated 2:23 a.m. on March 7.

Police say the Central City employee who wrote the tickets was not at work, but will be interviewed.

Authorities say there are no signs of foul play, and don’t expect a cause of death to be known until toxicology results are back in six to eight weeks.

FOX 17 was told Earle was the father of twins.

Perhaps Mr. Earle died at another location and was brought back to his car after the tickets were already there. Don't jump to conclusions. How sad for his little children.
