Snowy, Cold Weather Continues

Posted

WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — The first day of spring is a little over a week away, and it looks like winter is hanging on until the bitter end.

This image from FOX 17 Doppler radar shows scattered snow showers continuing this evening. The heaviest snow is in Allegan and Van Buren Counties.

Accumulations along and west of U.S. 131 should be from one to three inches before the snow tapers off Wednesday. Because temperatures will be below freezing tonight, there could be some slick spots on the area roadways.

I’ll have an update on FOX 17 News at 10, and of course you can always get the forecast at http://www.fox17online.com/weather
