(WEST MICHIGAN) — The first day of spring is quickly approaching however temperatures will not likely feel very spring-like this week. Below average temperatures settle in for the week with afternoon high temperatures around 10 to 15 degrees below average. Spring officially arrives Wednesday morning at 7am, when the temperature will be in the upper teens. That is 10 degrees cooler than we should be this time of year.

March and spring are transitional months so we will likely see ups and downs with temperatures in the coming weeks. It does however look like it will take us more than a week at least to shake these cooler temperatures. In the mean time, if you are anticipating spring-like temperatures  it looks like you will have to wait a little longer.
