WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — One year ago Wednesday it was 83º, and one year ago Thursday it was 87º. Here in 2013, it’s a much different story with winter hanging on tight.
This image from FOX 17 radar shows the lake-effect snow continuing. Winds have sifted to the northwest from the west, and that means the bulk of the activity tonight will be along and west of U.S. 131. Additional accumulations will be on the order of 1 to 3 inches.
In addition to the snow, winds remain gusty, and most areas have wind chills in the single digits.
