WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — Winter storm watches and warnings extend from Ohio to Colorado for a major winter storm that will take aim on parts of the midwest. However, it looks like West Michigan will not be taking a direct hit from this storm.
This image from FOX 17 Future Track shows snowfall amounts expected by 8PM Sunday. As the system moves to the east Sunday night and Monday, the swath of heavy snow will move into Indiana and Ohio. Parts of West Michigan along and south of I-94 could pick up an inch or two from this system. Keep in mind, however, if you are traveling south on Monday, it will likely be a bit messy.
