KENTWOOD, Mich.- It’s a place where families can literally bounce off of the walls and the ground.
Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Parkon 29th Street in Kentwood is a sea of trampolines that are all connected. While kids and adults are giggling and laughing, they don’t realize they are exercising, too.
Customers can challenge each other to free throws, dodgeball, and SkyRobics fitness classes with Bob Dekker from Viking Fitness, all while on trampolines. The classes are about an hour-long; classes cost $12, or there is a Get Fit Pass for $99.
SkyRobics Class Schedule:
Tuesday – 9:00am and 7:00pm
Thursday – 9:00am and 7:00pm
Saturday – 7:00am and 8:00am
