GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A bright full moon Thursday morning will show the way into an increasingly pleasant end to the week.
Sunshine Wednesday was certainly nice, but below-average temperatures and a cool breeze still kept things feeling a bit chilly. Winds will be lighter Thursday, and temperatures will continue to gradually climb through Saturday, with highs then reaching the low 50s.
However, the warming trend will be temporary, as another shot of cold air will move in by Sunday night and linger into much of next week. Ahead of that cold air, a frontal system will bring rain showers Saturday night and early on Easter Sunday.
We may be cold enough Sunday night through early Tuesday to generate a few light snow showers once again for the first couple of days of April.
