GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Plaza Towers Management is now allowing residents to have access to apartments and receive towing services to remove flood-damaged vehicles in the garage.

All appointments for car access can only be made on Saturday from 9 a.m.-noon by calling 616-855-3335 and can show up for the appointment by visiting the temporary security office at 237 Fulton Street in the old Turner Construction office in the retail lot.

When removing vehicles, residents are also informed to wear boots or old shoes because of the damp garage floor.

Plaza Towers is recommending that residents contact their insurance agent and make towing arrangements with Merl’s Towing.

Management is still hoping residents can move back in by this Wednesday.
