STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich — You can check out Huey Lewis and the News for free in metro Detroit, but only if you were born in 1983.
The band plays June 4 at Freedom Hill amphitheater. With the “Born in 83 – Get in Free!” promotion, you can call the box office and reserve your free ticket if your license says you were born in 1983.
For everyone else, tickets are $16, $35 and $45. The band takes the stage at 6 p.m.
