SPRING LAKE, Mich. — A Spring Lake-Ferrysburg police car responding to another crash collided with a minivan Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, the accident occurred at 4:18 p.m. Tuesday on Savidge Street near North Lake Street in Spring Lake. The squad car was westbound on Savidge with its siren and flashing lights activated when it collided with a northbound minivan.
The number of people hurt in the accident was not available. However, none of the injuries were life threatening.
Savidge Street was closed to traffic for about 1 1/2 hours after the crash.
