Chilly Morning For The River Bank Run

051113PLANNERGRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — (FOX 17) Temperatures are chilly this morning in West Michigan. If you are headed Downtown Grand Rapids this morning for the Fifth Third River Bank Run it will be a chilly but dry start. Temperatures will likely be in the low 40’s by start time and slowly warm into the mid 40’s by 9am. Cloudy skies will persist through the morning and breezy winds will hold off until afternoon.

Winds and rain chances will be on the increase after noon-time with the best chances for rain around 5pm. Rain will be fairly light and end quickly. Temperatures through the afternoon will only warm into the low to mid 50’s.

Cooler temperatures stick around for the rest of the weekend, however rain chances will end by Saturday evening.
