why waste time doing the facebook thing- simply walk up to the dude, offer a dollar and ask why he needs it and when he says the jessica thing then call 911 and file a complaint. the problem is he might simply say he will collect and then show up at the little stand near the station and turn the money in. at that point no harm, no foul.

There's a female doing the same thing. She was at the Walmart on Henry. Says they're collecting money to take Jessica's son to Chuckie Cheese. She's an older woman, medium length, dirty blonde hair. She has a couple of sores on the left side of her mouth, and has a very gravelly, gruff voice. Beware of her, too.
