WEST MICHIGAN — Thunderstorms are moving across West Michigan this morning producing quite a bit of lightning and heavy rains. Heavy rains will continue for the next few hours in areas already saturated from last weeks storms which will cause the potential for urban flash flooding. Thunderstorms are not expected to become severe but do pose a threat of dangerous lightning strikes and flash flooding.
Thunderstorms will continue to move east-northeast and out of West Michigan in a few hours and skies will eventually clear through the afternoon.
