Blackhawks Win Stanley Cup, Beat The Bruins 3-2 in Game 6

BOSTON, Mass — The Chicago Blackhawks scored 2 goals just 18 seconds apart late in the 3rd period Monday night to beat the Bruins 3-2 in game 6 and win the series 4-2.  It’s the 2nd time in the last 4 years that the Blackhawks have hoisted the cup.

Boston took a 2-1 lead in the 3rd period on a goal form Milan Lucic with 7:49 to play.  Bryan Bickell scored with 1:16 left to tie the game at 2 and Dave Bolland scored the game winner with just 58 seconds left.

The Blackhawks beat the Detroit Red Wings in the 2nd round of the Western Conference playoffs after trailing the series 3-1.
