No 100º For This Year’s Fourth

WEST MICHIGAN — (FOX 17) — The holiday weekend is here, and temperatures and humidity values will be much more tolerable when compared to last year’s.

The heat wave we endured one year ago was intense. Here is a look at the high temperatures from July 4 through July 7 at some West Michigan locations:

  • Grand Rapids: 99º,  101º,  104º,  99º
  • Muskegon: 92º,  94º,  99º,  92º
  • Kalamazoo: 102º,  103º,  104º,  100º

In contrast, this holiday weekend will feature highs in the 80’s with moderate humidity. There could be some afternoon showers and thunderstorms as well.
